Shopping for a wedding ring today and got fantastic deals at 75% off. Had Rick taking care of us. He goes the extra mile to care for us. We always wait for Rick in the jewelry department. He goes above and beyond. Shopped other departments as well. They have fantastic deals/sales. Great experience.

Great department store. Unbeatable prices. I bought 2 pairs of big brand shoes at full price. I got a 30% discount at check out and $20 voucher for only $76. So now I have to go back. How they make any $$ I have no idea but I guess that is not my problem..

This was my first time going to this store. It wasn't for myself but for my client, everything was very nice and well put together in that store. Gary Hoag one of the finest sales persons I ever met genuine, well-dressed, and all around good young man I said Young that was his attitude look forward to seeing him again when I go back

Gary in the men's department helped me pick out the perfect size shirts. Measured my neck and sleeve length. I will definitely go back to him. Not to mention there is a 60% off sale happening

Love this place! I'm tall and thick boned, but I can always find something in my size, but if it's not, they will order. Customer service is awesome as well. Great place to shop if you want to feel "uptown". Their clearances if on point!

Love this place and their wide variety of brand offerings. I live in the pleasant forest neighborhood that is close to this so the location is very conviennent. We have gotten many things especially for my son who is very picky about texture and style such as collared or non collared. Fitting rooms are good and staff is helpful when you have questions and love the ease of checkout with a station on the second level and there's usually no line and the staff is engaging and friendly.

Great department store. This is a large location with plenty of parking outside in a nice shopping center. The store itself is well laid out with a huge selection. Employees are very helpful as well. Worth a bit of a drive to shop here. Also, make sure you download the Belk app. All the sales are accessed through the app.

Holiday shopping can be hectic, but Lilly in the shoe department at Belk made the experience wonderful. She calmly helped customers with shoes while checking people out, all while remaining professional, pleasant, and kind.
